Nokia’s first flagship handset is likely to go official next year in MWC 2017. Nokia will showcase and market this handset in collaboration with HMD Global.

The handset will be 5.2 or 5.5-inch screen, which will carry Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution. The news comes directly from China, so we don’t know how reliable it could be. But the evidence does suggest that there could be some flagship handset that will be launched by Nokia next year.

The forthcoming handset will be launched by Snapdragon 820 SoC. But Nokia must keep in mind there are already other smartphones in the market whose flagship is Snapdragon 821. Another important information is, the Nokia’s flagship handset will feature impressive camera with Carl Zeiss certified lens.

The Nokia handset is likely to be all metal with water resistant, though, we are not sure of the latter. That’s all we know about the handset, but as the sources are not reliable, take this information as a pinch of salt.
