Rumors are that Microsoft is currently working on next series of mid-rangers and flagships. Currently, two mid-ranged devices and two flagships are in works. The flagship names though unconfirmed might sell under Lumia 940 and Lumia 940XL. The 940 will pack 5-inch screen while its XL version will be a phablet.The rest specs are close to previous Lumia like 24-25MP rear camera and a usual 5MP front snapper. Both Microsoft devices will obviously be windows powered and will be running on hexa-core and octa-core CPUs. The rumors does not reveal anything out of the box which is either yet to be revealed or is not coming anyway.Moving to the mid-rangers there is Lumia 830’s successor in works-probably be something 840. If so it will pack a 13 to 14 MP PureView main camera with a 5 MP front-facing unit. It has a 5-inch display size, and a better processor compared to the Lumia 830. Another mid-ranger which is 5.5 to 5.7 inch in display similar cameras to the aforementioned Lumia 840 but sans PureView branding.The purported name is Lumia 740XLbut it is unclear.
