Adduplex has recently unveiled a screenshot showing the three Lumias being headed to AT& T. Yes, these are 4-inch RM-1099, the 5-inch Lumia 640 and the 5.7-inch Lumia 1330.The latter two are making its way to AT&T though they have other variants for worldwide release. Note that Adduplex keeps a keen eye on Microsoft latest and yet to be told. The Microsoft Lumia 640 first appeared for sale in Brazil. Specs-wise, it has a 5 inch 720p screen, and packs Snapdragon 400 chipset with 1GB RAM. It comes with an 8.7 MP rear camera and 0.9 MP selfie camera. Connectivity options include LTE and NFC with optional Dual-SIM. It is priced at $275.

The Microsoft Lumia 1330/1335 packs 5.7 inch HD OLED display and the same 32-bit Snapdragon 400 with quad Cortex-A7 and 1GB RAM. It packs a 13.1MP camera with Zeiss optics, plus a 5MP selfie snapper. It will have LTE-Advanced (Cat. 4, 150Mbps). No price is revealed yet.

Very little is known regarding RM-1099 except the 4 inch display.
