Mark Zuckerberg only earns $1 as monthly salary.

This does not mean that he is a poor man as he holds 422million worth of shares of Facebook stock. The rest of the property of Mark Zuckerberg is even of more value. However, he also does not take any benefits and bonuses from Facebook except $1. He says that he wants to treat other stockholders equally. The interesting part is Facebook’s COO earns 7 lac dollars, CFO receives 6.5 lac dollars, and Chief Product Officer get 6.25 lac dollar as salary with bonuses and stocks as well.

Even more interesting is that though the CEO takes $1 as salary, fifty lac is spent yearly on his salary. According to Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg is vulnerable to threats, which is why there is strict security for his house and even owns a private Jet which is part of security program.
