Yesterday Sony announced its press conference being held at IFA on September 2. The next two flagships dubbed Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact are likely to get unveiled. The former could be the first in the line to feature a fingerprint scanner that later can be doubted.
Few live images have been leaked showcasing the Xperia Z5 to the right of an iPhone 5 duo and Z5 Compact standing on the left side. There is no reason to claim this image authentic but we need a heavy dose of salt to certify it.
Firstly, the tradition of power button a placement which hasn’t changed in years speaks for the handset. Also, this is the first time company puts a fingerprint sensor on the side of a device. The Xperia Z5 is likely to pack a camera shutter button plus the volume buttons beneath the power button. Hence everything rests on the same right side. Furthermore, a leak purports that Z5 line will not entertain its buyers with the USB Type-C port.
