It was reported in the previous month that a new LG Smartphone featuring AI capabilities will be made official in the upcoming MWC 2018 event. Today, LG has confirmed the same through a press release.

LG is going to introduce the phone in Barcelona, and this phone will come with the Vision AI. Moreover, this technology will be featured in case of 2018 model of the most advanced and sophisticated flagship smartphone of LG, i.e. V30.

The major advantage of Vision AI is that it will automatically analyze the objects and will hence recommend the best-shooting mode from 8 available options, i.e. city, flower, sunrise, sunset, landscape, food, pet and portrait.

This technology will also consider the angles of view, backlighting, colors, reflections and saturation level. The company was successful in developing these suggestions after analyzing more than 100 million photos and therefore developing more than 1000 distinct image categories in order to offer the most accurate analysis to the users.
