Just a few weeks back LG announced that it has no plans to G3 to Android 5.1, recently it has said the same about the G4.

LG Currently Does Not Plan To Update G4 to Android 5.1.1.

This is now very clear that both O2 UK (left) and LG Hellas (right) made it obvious that there are no plans for the update, at-least for now. And yes as there were no additional details provided, it could be the case that the company directly wants to jump to Android M for its latest flagship without any other updates in between.

Amidst this, Samsung’s latest Galaxy S6 duo flagships have started receiving the Android 5.1.1 update – it is currently rolling out to T-Mobile and US Cellular units in the US. In addition, the S6 is getting it in France, while the S6 Edge is getting it in the UK.
