The annual meeting of RIL announced the JioPhone on 21^st July, and it made waves due to its low pricing and provision of free data to customers. The online booking for this phone had started since then, and now we have heard that the JioPhone booking can also be made in the offline stores located across India.

For booking the JioPhone offline with the particular retailers, i.e. whether local or Jio, the customers will be required to present their Aadhar card. The individuals will however get just one Jio smartphone for presenting one Aadhar card.

Customers will be able to enjoy 500MB data daily on JioPhone and there will be an unlimited access to the Jio apps on its phone, which will be offered for just INR 153. TV-Cable option will also be activated on JioPhone of those users who recharge INR 309 every month for getting this offer.
