Huawei Y9 (2018) with Android Oreo& Four Cameras Launched

The Chinese tech giant Huawei has launched the Y9 (2018) smartphone in Thailand. The new device shares the specs ofthe formerly released Huawei Mate 10 Lite and Honor 9i. The Huawei Y9’s (2018) price and availability details are yet to be unveiled. Anyhow, there is a rumor that the new Huawei handset will arrive at the stores with a price tag of EUR 200.

The dual-SIM Huawei Y9 (2018) packs a 5.93-inch Full View display along with full HD+ (1080×2160) pixels resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9.The device runs Android 8.0 Oreo-based EMUI 8.0 out of the box.The smartphone is powered by a Kirin 659 SoC accompanied with2.3GHz eight processing cores, coupled with 3GB of RAM. The SoC was formerly powering Huawei Mate 10 Lite and Huawei Honor 9 Lite smartphones. Moreover, the handset has dual camera setups on the back and front. The Huawei Y9 has a 13MP primary and a 2MP secondary camera sensor along with an LED flash, while the front side has a 16MP primary and a 2MP secondary camera sensor.
