Huawei has launched Honor 5C in China. The Huawei Honor 5C and unannounced P9 lite are said to have similar features.

Honor 5C has 5.2-inch IPS LCD full HD display. It runs in-house Kirin 950 Chipset. It has 2GB RAM and 16 GB Internal storage expandable via microSD.

The rear camera is 13MP with LED flash f/2.0 lens and an 8MP front snapper. The device also has a fingerprint scanner.   .

Honor 5C supports 4G, 3G and Cate6- LTE which supports the download of 300MB/ second and an upload of 50MB/second. Device also supports Bluetooth 4.1v, GPS, GLONASS and Beidou support for satellite positioning.

Honor 5C has a beefy battery of 3000mAh. It is driven by Android Marshmallow 6.0 with EMUI on top. In China the device is priced at CNY 899 ($ 139), 3G version. The 4G version is priced CNY 100 higher. The  global roll out of Honor 5C is still under consideration.
