Huawei Honor 5A visits TENNA, reveals entry-level specs.

Last year Huawei revealed Honor 4A, entry-level handset with whopping 5-inch and a pixel resolution of 720 x 1280. The device has Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 SoC with 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB ROM expandable via microSD. The device has an 8 MP rear and 2 MP front snapper.

Now the company has been prepping to launch two amazing handset, predecessors of 5A— honor 5A and honor 5A Plus. The phones have recently got certified by Chinese regulatory authority TENAA, whose leaked specs are making rounds online.

The 5A carries a 5-inch display with a pixel resolution of 720 x 1280. The device has a quad-core CPU, humming at 1.3 GHz paired with 2 GB of RAM, and 16 GB of native storage. The upcoming Honor 5A features a 13 MP rear unit, but he selfie snapper remains same with 2 MP. The Honor 5A is driven by a 2,200mAh cell and boots Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.

The bigger sibling honor 5A Plus has a bit whopping 5.5-inch display, with a same 720 x 1280 pixel resolution. The device is powered by an octa-core, 1.8 GHz CPU with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory. The Honor 5A Plus is powered by a hefty 3,000mAh battery capacity. The Phone features the same 13 MP rear camera resolution, however, it is more Selfie-centric with an 8MP front camera.

There is no clue for price and availability of Honor 5A and 5A Plus but these are value-conscious offering and are likely to stay in Chinese market as the Honor 4A was only available there.
