While we were reporting earlier about the effective indications towards the launch of Nokia 8 officially in the USA, unfortunately, there are no signs from HMD that it will become a reality anyway. HMD Global has now confirmed that it is not going to be the case anyway. The message from the company is clear cut, and there is no arguing about that anymore.

The Head of Sales of HMD US, Mr. Rex Frehover, has officially revealed this through a response to an enthusiastic Nokia lover on email.

The image given above clearly shows the executive’s statement that Nokia 8 is not properly and accordingly branded for USA. However, the official did provide a hope to the US fans of Nokia brand that the company is currently in process of making a device portfolio in which the main focus will already be on the US market.
