The launch of first two smart phones A3 & A5 of a new Samsung Galaxy A series generally renowned as clad metal series is imminent. It was announced for October 2014 but a bit late and expected to be in most of the markets in November 2014.  The best and uniqueness of Samsung Galaxy A series is the use of clad metal frame instead of traditional plastic material bodies. It’s beyond doubt that clad metal frames are more durable and superior than

plastic frames if designed properly. The Cladding provides a combination of desired properties of the chosen metals which combat against variety of imposed external or environmental impacts such as color faint, reduction in surface gloss, corrosion & erosion. Thus causes increase in the strength and life of devices.

The target market includes youngsters hence the specification and price lies in the mid-range. The price is not yet officially announced however revealed prices are about USD 400 of A5 and USD 289 of A3.

Not the thinnest but extremely slim, Galaxy A5 measures only 6.7mm thick. Samsung Galaxy A3 is also not far its thickness is just 6.9mm.

Samsung A5 & A3 are being provided in variety of rich and cool colors, which attracts both male & female youngsters.

Another remarkable feature of Samsung Galaxy A5 & A3 is very low SAR, the specific absorption rate. It measures at Ear Level only 0.23 W/kg and 0.24 W/kg for Galaxy A5 & A3 respectively. The maximum permitted limit is 2.0 W/kg defined by Council of the European Union. So both phones are health conscious and one can freely use them for longer periods.
