The next Pixel was initially suggested to come with waterproof technology. There were also few matters under the helm that were found to be interesting to known as far as next Google in concerned.

According to the new sources, waterproof is still on the table with main focus on camera and processor. So the aim is to improve low light photography and working on smaller sensors with more features.

Google is allegedly making Pixel 2 version, on with Qualcomm and one with Intel chips. Initially, a Taiwanese chip maker MediaTek was also the part of the project.

This time Google is working on Budget phone Pixel 2B with specs that are modest and is aimed at emerging markets. The company aspires to launch “Google experience and Google Phone” outside mature markets.

While the Google Pixel 2B is “significantly cheaper” its beefier version Pixel 2 will charge $50 price premium as compared to the price of current phones. The Pixel is priced at $650, so a $50 price increase is an adequate mark over previous offering.

While there is no word on release, we might expect the handsets to launch in October, which the conventional time frame for Google to out its device.
