After launch in many markets Google Live Traffic is finally facilitated in Pakistan. With this now we can avoid jam-packed roads. Google traffic is a feature on Google map which show how traffic is going about major roads and highways in your country.If you are unable to locate this feature in you app, you can find it through this:
- Open the Google Maps app.
- Touch the menu in the top left corner.
- Select Traffic.
In this way you can select “Traffic” and enable it on Google maps. A colored overlay will appear on major roads and motorways. The green will represent a normal amount of traffic, yellow represents a very slow or packed conditions and Red means very jam-packed traffic or slowest speed. There is also grey which indicates no data available.
You can also see “Traffic” in particular area. For example, type in search box “traffic in Lahore”, to see the traffic in Lahore. There is also feature telling general traffic of an area during day time or evening or night. Google Traffic also features major “traffic incidents”, such as construction, accidents, and road closures. In addition, Google Traffic is also featured in using Google Map’s “directions” feature.
