Gionee has recently announced its latest slim mid-ranger new Gionee S6.The S6 is slim and slender device with all-metal built, which is quite unlike the previous S-series devices that had glass back.  With really thin bezels on the side, Gionee claims to feature a display to glass ratio of 77.8%.The Gionee S6 packs 5.5-inch 720p AMOLED display.

Further it runs on a MediaTek MT6753 SoC with 1.3GHz octa-core CPU with 3GB RAM. For graphics the device has got Mali T-720 GPU. The 32GB internal memory has an option to expand via microSD card slot. The camera combo includes 13 MP main unit and a 5 MP front facer.

It also contains a hybrid second SIM slot, so you have option for the dual SIM as well as single SIM and memory expansion. Rest of the specs and features include LTE support, USB Type-C connector, and a 3150mAh battery. The phone boots Android 5.1 Lollipop with Gionee’s AMIGO OS 3.1 on top.

The Gionee S6 is currently listed at CNY 1699 ($266) and will hit market shelves from November 22.
