Google is gearing up for Android O launch, the final name of which isn’t disclosed or named yet. If we guess then Oreo, Oatmeal cookie, etc. could be the wild guesses with anything with ‘O’.

David Ruddock in his tweets on Thursday claimed that Google would announce the OS official name on the day of the solar eclipse i.e. 21^st August 2017.

Already, Google pushed the Android O release date from what it was planned initially and no one knows the next date. Just after this tweet, he announced that the Android O name would be made public on the day of solar eclipse.

‘According to one source whose information I cannot verify, Android O will receive a name on the day of the solar eclipse (August 21^st),’ said David Ruddock. Also, he said he won’t spoil the surprise.
