India Rising Bells has recently introduced the country’s most affordable handset dubbed Freedom 251. This Android-powered handset is currently priced at INR. 251 which is $4 at the current exchange rate.With this price you will get a handset running 1.3GHz quad-core processor. Further, it comes 4-inch QHD IPS display. The device packs 1GB RAM and 8GB native storage, which is expandable via microSD.
