FAA announces Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is illegal while on airplanes.

FAA and related parties have been earnestly looking to eliminate the traces of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 from not air planes but also from selling horizon. The company is facing serious legal issues with a use of handset at airport and other places. The Federal Aviation Association has completely banned the use of handset during the flight.

Now the Consumer Product Safety Association has called for an official recall of the handset as it has proved nearly a threat when burnt, causing damage to child and burns to people who were keeping it in their pockets and hands. FAA has given some guidance on keeping Galaxy Note 7 in luggage and cargo.

The baseline is there are regulations being introducing if the shipments of units that need replacement can be worked out via air travel. It is forbidden to keep Note 7 from checked luggage. The FAA has recently released a statement and made it public to follow the rules while traveling or keeping the handset to avoid extreme situation.

“The SAFO urges the airlines: to ensure that cargo and passenger processing employees, and those responsible for cabin safety, are aware of the rules; to ensure that cargo customers are aware of the rules; and to include information and guidance on their websites about damaged or recalled lithium batteries and devices.”

The replacement units will arrive no later than September 21. Moreover, the exchange program is also working but the no aggressive activity has been observed. We have more questions piling up and Sammy has less time to answer them clearly.
