According to a report the World’s biggest caller ID Application has put 1000,000 in danger. With this bug hacker could be able to access sensitive information of the user.

According to the report True Caller uses IMEI number to identify its user. This bug can let this IMEI number to get in the hands of hacker and steal important information. They can change the personal data of the user.

A bug in True Caller has put millions in danger.

The hackers can change users account, Gender, E-mail, Profile picture and house address. Apart from this hacker can change application settings. He can also disable Spam blocker and can edit or delete black list.

However, True Caller has fixed this issue it with a new update. The update was released on March 22, 2016.

True Caller has explained that current database shows no caller has been attacked and all the users’ data is safe.
