We have reported this already that in October alone, Xiaomi had managed to make more than 10 million sales and shipments throughout the world. In a recent press conference held at Beijing by the CEO of Xiaomi Mr. Donovan Sung, the company is going to beat its previous annual record of 71 million shipments which it achieved in 2015.

The CEO of Xiaomi made this announcement in front of a large panel of journalists at the new Mi Home store launch. He said that the company had already reached the 70 million shipments mark in the first 10 months of 2017, and with November and December still to go with 11/11 sale coming next week, the company is expecting to reach the target of 90 million shipments by the end of this year.

Another revelation was that the company has already established plans for 2018, in which Xiaomi is expected to make more than 100 million shipments and therefore becoming part of the prestigious Fortune 500 list.
