Two versions of Oppo R7 gets certified in China after visiting TENNA. One version is for China Telecom named R7c and other is for China Mobile dubbed R7t. The version R7c features a 64-bit octa-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon 615 CPU while R7t is powered by an octa-core 1.7GHz MediaTek MT6752. Other than this, both versions are basically the same.

The Oppo R7 packs 5-inch screen with resolution of 1080 x 1920. It has 3GB of RAM and 16GB of native storage, expandable up to 128GB via microSD slot. It has 13MP rear camera and 5MP front facer. It is powered by 2320mAh battery and runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat pre-installed.

The TENAA certification also revealed that there will be no fingerprint scanner on the Oppo R7. That feature could be used in the premium Oppo R7 Plus, which is expected to be unveiled on May 20 along with both variants of the Oppo R7.
