Last month Twitter produced something new for its platform. Twitter has uplifted the 140 character limit on media attachments on all media including videos, photos, GIFs, polls, Quotes and tweets.

As per reports Twitter is testing another feature like this. The tests conducted for mobile users include things where even the username is also not included in word limit.

This means currently users can write 140 word answer in their report.

These test are running for web app, mobile app, and tweet deck. Also this feature is also for replies and not for tweets.
