OnePlus 3’s demand hiked after launch which pushed the company stop selling the device in 24 countries over a month. The company hopes that this pause will let the company to build inventory and make supply go rigorous.

Even though the latest model is performing well, there is one more version coming up that screams out to be mini OnePlus. The specs matched some of the latest OnePlus and we might perceive it as OnePlus 3 mini. The specs surfaced while the device visited GFXBench.

The GFXBench purports that mini variant will come with 4.6-inch screen with a pixel resolution of 1080 x 1920. The device runs on Snapdragon 820 SoC under the hood with a quad-core CPU humming at 2.2GHz and Adreno 530 GPU to handle the graphics department. The mini version also comes with industry leading 6GB of RAM with 64GB of internal memory. The rear unit of OnePlus 3 mini is 16MP and the front facer is 8MP which handles video and chats.

Apart from the screen size the rest of the specs are same. The company has yet not said a single word on it, so we might take this development as grain of salt.
