it runs on a MediaTek MTK6753 chipset with octa-core 1.3GHz processor, comes along with 3GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage with a whopping 2900mAh battery. Camera-wise, Canvas 5 comes with a 13MP rear unit with Samsung 3M2 image sensor and a 5MP front facer. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, as well as Bluetooth. The Canvas 5 also features Dual-SIM capability.

In the OS part, the device features Picture in Picture feature which observes permission of capturing snaps with both rear and front unit. There is also a Smart Wake which lets you launch Apps via locked screen through gestures. Currently, the handset will run Android 5.1 Lollipop, but it promises a Marshmallow update sometime in future.
