LG will soon be launching the latest Q8 which is the smaller version of the last year’s model V20. The latest version would be much improved over the issues Q8 has, reported by the Android Police.

No doubt, V20 is packed with all the goodies e.g. 32 bit quad DAC, dual cameras, second display above the screen but the gigantic size and lack of water resistance is what makes this phone ‘everything but the kitchen sink’ type phone.

Q8 is literally identical to V20 in all of its hardware specs e.g. Qualcomm 820 processor, QHD IPS display, 32 bit quad SAC, dual cameras, and second display. One of the noticeable changes includes the screen size for Q8 that would be 5.2 inch instead of V20 5.7 inch. Moreover, the Q8 is water resistant.

Price of the new LQ Q8 isn’t official yet and it is also unclear if the handset would make it to UK or US.
