The iPhone 6s is likely to launch in September at IFA Berlin. Few details have been leaked and as far as the latest info comes to light, this time the RAM is approximately the same as confirmed by GeekBench 3.

The Geekbench 3 has recently revealed that iPhone 6s packs just 1GB RAM, just like its predecessor. The RAM is true for both 6s and its big brother 6s Plus.

While we think it is happening according to tradition, as so far the S generation iPhones have always been the ones to bring a big performance tweak, while the non-S models conventionally launches with  a new design.

That is why the iPhone 6s is rumored to offer same design, a chipset upgarde, ForceTouch display and a new 12MP rear camera. But if you are still unsure, just wait and watch, the event, next month, in Berlin.
