A few months ago, we reported that Huawei is in talks with AT&T with latter seeking opportunity to sell the Chinese company’s flagship smartphones in the US market. Today, it has been confirmed that those talks actually took place and subsequently AT&T has claimed that it is tentatively agreeing to sell the Huawei’s upcoming flagship smartphones in the first two quarters of 2018 in USA.

However, it can still not be a 100% confirmed deal, as it will only get real when both the companies sort out the technical issues and finally agree on the commercial terms and conditions of release of Huawei P11 or Mate 10.

Currently, the Huawei’s engineers are working hard to make modifications in both handsets’ software and hardware in order to make them compatible with US telecommunication standards as well as the requirements put forth by AT&T.
