American Apple court has suspended the decision of Federal court in America. According to this decision Samsung was ordered to pay 119.6 million dollar in damages.Samsung was sued for using Apple’s IOS Quick Link, Slide to unlock, and autocorrect feature. Now the Apple court has itself declared that Samsung has not infringed the rights of Quick Link of Apple.

Apple court has decided in the favor of Samsung instead of Apple

The technology of Samsung is totally different from technology of Apple. The court has also declared other patent infringement filing of Apple as ill legal.

Apple has recently filed and application in court to not to listen to the appeal of Samsung. As a result of which Samsung agreed to pay 548 million dollar to Apple.
