This time terrorism was not too far away from my home. I heard this when I just came out after taking shower and suddenly the windows in my room just shaked. First I thought it is an earth quake. But when my relatives started calling me then I put on my Television and there was a news that there is a bomb blast in Z block market which is 0.4 miles (0.64 km) from my residence.

This is a shocking news since DHA is a posh area in Lahore and is considered one of the safest place in the city.  Eight people had lost their lives today and among those is the CEO of Air link Communication Mr Moazzam Paracha. Airlink communication is one of the distributors of Huawei and they have done a major role in making Huawei one of the top and fastest selling brands in Pakistan.

Now they would be distributing Samsung products too. DHA security and police officers have sealed the Z block market and they are investigating each and everyone out there. Schools and offices in the nearby area are closed.   Many channels reported the fake news that there is blast in Gulberg area too. Pakistan Electronic media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) has issued notice to 31 channels for spreading fake news without confirming. Eight people died and 15 got injured. It was reported that the blast occurred outside of a foreign chain restaurant in the Gulberg area but later on all the news channel reported that it was fake.

PEMRA has given notice to 31 channels and they have only one week to explain their stance on this. This is too alarming that our own channels are reporting fake news and terrorizing the country when everyone is mourning

My prayers go out to the ones who lost their lives and are injured and may Allah protect our country from these evils and protect our country, Pakistan which was founded by Jinnah in the name of unity, faith and discipline and alas it is not seen here anymore.
