Netflix Subscription Fees Hike in UK and US Yet Again

Right at the time when Stranger Things season 2 is about to launch, Netflix has increased its subscription fees in UK and US. No doubt Netflix subscriber number is peeking high and so does the subscription fees. According to Mashable new report, 2 out of 3 Netflix plans in US would be increased from next month. Standard plan is moving to $10.99 from $9.99.

Netflix premium plan in US would move from $11.99 to $13.99. It offers Ultra HD4K and an option to view TV shows with much more screens options. If the user is with basic plan, he would be spared and there won’t be any extra charges, basic plan is of $7.99.

Viewers saw last raise in prices two years back in US.

Whereas price hike for Netflix subscription plans in UK is the same, price increase is for 2 higher tiers i.e. standard and premium plans. Price raise from £7.50 to £8 for standard and from £9 to £10 for premium plan.
