Till now, the YouTube Music app had only been offering the auto-generated offline mixtape option, which was developed based on the user’s music listening history. This also meant that the users did not have any control over how the music should be saved or what suggestions should appear in the front when a song or video is played.

However, now if you are a subscriber of YouTube Red, then the YouTube Music will allow you to select whatever you save for offline listening or viewing. For this, you just need to pick a song or album or even a playlist for downloading.
