For a long time, we had been enjoying reading the eBooks, and today Google has announced that it will be adding the audiobooks in its famous Play Store. These audiobooks will initially be available in 45 countries, and will be available in 9 different languages.

Similar to that of eBooks, these audiobooks will also be available without any subscription in the form of a la carte, and one you buy an audiobook, you will be able to listen to it across all the Google platforms. These will include Google Play Books app on iOS and Android, web, Google Home, Chromecast, Android Auto and Android Wear.

The audio will be synced across all the devices so that you could resume the play later in another device after leaving it at a point in one device. The user will also be able to tell Google Assistant on any of the Google devices to play the audiobook and there onwards it will start playing the audio from where the user left it off.

The price of audiobooks will vary depending upon their ratings and value. They can be downloaded in USA and 44 other countries.
