SYBO and Kiloo Games have revealed that their developed game, i.e. the globally famed ‘Subway Surfers’ has become the first-ever game in the world, which has reached 1 billion downloads on Google Play Store.

This game appeared first on the app stores about 6 years ago. The developers behind this game never stopped updating and adding new contents into this game, which was actually done on monthly basis. Subway Surfers was also the most downloaded game in 2017 alone.

Ostensibly, this game also broke the all-time record last year by getting more than 40 million organic downloads in both iOS and Android platforms. The developers have therefore committed to keep supporting this game for a long time from now.

According to the developers, “We have achieved greatness by combining our strengths at SYBO and Kiloo. The continued growth of the game and brand is our focus, and we are excited about future releases, and the animated short films that are launching later this year. The players will have even more great content to consume.”

There have been 79 world tour visits that have so far been released by the developers, and the most famous among all are the ones released last year, in which Cairo, Peru and Saint Petersburg were featured.
