Samsung has made us all assured that its recent flagship duo, Samsung Galaxy S9 and Samsung Galaxy S9+, are going to simply outperform the previous S-series flagship phone by stating that it will ship and sell more than 43 million units of S9 duo in this year.

The Bell, a Korean publication, has reported that the company has set the target for its suppliers. The company aims to supply 12 million units in the first quarter of the year, where as 13 million units will be shipped in second, 10 million in third and 8 million units will be shipped in the last quarter of this year. The company might make further adjustments with the passage of time.

This target will be relatively higher than the previous milestone of 41 million units that the company achieved in case of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ back in 2017. However, the set target is lower than the one achieved in 2016 in case of Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7+ units, which was 48 million.
