There has been just one week left before the official release of Alcatel Idol 5 and various other smartphones in its new line up. However, the very next smartphone from Alcatel that is about to be released is Alcatel Idol 5. The model number TCL 6058 of Idol 5 was leaked on GFXBench today.

Based on the leak, Alcatel Idol 5 is going to be a mid-range phone running on Android 7.0 Nougat. However, it will cost buyers much more than it could have, based on its other specifications. In Europe, it has been seen that Alcatel Idol 5 will be on sale for €400.

The phone will be powered by 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6735 processor, 16GB storage and 3GB RAM. The storage can be expanded through microSD card. Furthermore, it will 5.2-inch display, 2800mAh battery, 16MP main camera, 8MP front camera and fingerprint sensor.

The leaks however do not yet suggest that in which regions this phone will be available for sale.
