The complete Nokia X specifications were released earlier today and were followed by complete design reveals in the form of some glorious leaked images featuring a bunch of high-resolution live shots.
According to these leaked photos, the notch on top of the screen has been confirmed. The screen is 5.8″ tall with a 19:9 aspect ratio and resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels. There are slightly protruding vertically-aligned dual-camera modules on the rear. The photos reveal that the back of the Nokia X features a glass finish.
The photos available now show the Nokia X in all its glory, from all sides. The front of the phone is seen with very thin bezels on the sides. However, there is a slight bottom chin with the standard Nokia branding. The photos show no physical capacitive keys for the Nokia X instead, on-screen navigation buttons are available.
Looking at the rear panel, we can see a dual rear camera set up fitted within a vertically aligned oval-shaped housing. A LED flash can also be seen. Immediately below the dual camera set up sits the circular fingerprint sensor module and the Nokia logo underneath. The live photos also reveal the details of the sides of the phone. The power and volume controllers are on left side and there is a SIM card tray on the right side.
The device will be announced during HMD Global’s upcoming event on May 16.

As long as it’s running on Android, it’s just going to be a ‘meh’ phone, no matter the hardware.
Nokia needs an OS worthy of it’s name and prestige. Not this half-baked, spying-and-malware-friendly OS.
This is a personal opinion. I don’t like the design. It’s so similar with Redmi series (which in turn, similar to iPhone). I prefer Nokia 6 (2018) or Nokia 7 Plus design philosophy.
OnePlus 6 and Nokia X is releasing on a same date. So it tells that this high-res photo here is a pure Photoshop from the OnePlus 6 which is actually real.

Try to design your own Nokia. Nothing special on you now. Nokia 8 sirocco as Samsung and this is apple. Where is the true Nokia that was before? Feel sad for you :/
I dont think R&D is HMD’s focus right now. Marketing, reviving Nokia, getting back in town and gaining some sales are their priority.
