Microsoft Paint ‘Won’t be Dead’ in Windows Store

Microsoft new Autumn Windows 10 Creators Update chopped off the Microsoft Paint feature in its new update, which brought a lot of grief by the fans as they have the relation of 32 years. Later, Microsoft made another announcement that Microsoft Paint would be available in the Windows Store.

The paint now in the latest update clearly shows that the Paint is deprecated and won’t stay in the ongoing development updates and it might get removed from the future updates.

Megan Saunders, the Microsoft general manager of 3D said that the MS Paint would stay but its new home would be Windows Store from where user can download it for free.

“Today, we’ve seen an incredible outpouring of support and nostalgia around MS Paint. If there’s anything we learned, it’s that after 32 years, MS Paint has a lot of fans. It’s been amazing to see so much love for our trusty old app.”
