Even if the Software Giant Microsoft is looking forward to it Surface Phone to reverse its fortune, the company is still not optimistic for its growth. Another number has recently appeared on the company’s SEC document to get downsized. The company is soon firing its 2, 850 employees in addition to previous slash in workers.

Initially firing mostly happened on sales size and some workers in the hardware department. The slash is just the 2.5% of Microsoft’s workforce but largely represents the Windows Phone workers. Microsoft is continuously loosing share even after the launch of Windows 10 phone. As mentioned earlier there are still hopes with Surface Phone which is led by Panos Panay.

The news came one day after Justin Timberlake appeared as performer in Software giant internal event at Orlando. This is very strange that meanwhile keeping the morale high the company is pulling the floor out from under them just days later.
