The Yahoo and other messengers have now become dormant. For this reason, they might becoming worthless. However, Verizon wants to acquire this one to really keep aside failure of previous messenger services a myth. Verizon will soon be acquiring Yahoo. The deal has been finalized in $ 4.8billion by the carrier which is below the call $5 billion.

As per news by Wall Street Journal, the deal encloses both Yahoo’s core internet business and its physical presence.

The important and interesting thing to worry about is what Verizon will do with dwindling business of Yahoo’s technology, properties, and brand.
