Gionee has finally released S9 with 5.5-inch display, protected by Gorilla Glass 4, and supported by pixel resolution of 1080 x 1920 resolution. The handsets gets its power from MediaTek Helio P10 SoC (MT6755) along with an octa-core 2GHz CPU, and the Mali-T860 MP2 GPU. Inside is the 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory.

The device has dual camera with 13MP and 5MP rear unit and a whopping 13MP front-facer to handle selfies and video chats. The fingerprint scanner is attached to the Home Button and handset gets its life from 3000mAh battery. The S9 is Dual-SIM and is skinned with Amigo OS 3.5 while running Android 6.0. The Gionee S9 is 7.4mm thick, and weighs 168.2 grams.

The handset will release in China starting from November 25th in Black and Rose Gold. S9 will set you back for price equivalent of $364 USD.
