So, the great news has come out for the Cortana users who still have not experienced much about the Google’s ecosystem. The great news is that Microsoft will now allow its users to connect their Gmail account to Cortana. This means that you will now very conveniently be able to access your Google contacts, emails, and many other important features through the latest digital assistant app by Microsoft in Windows.

In order to set this new feature up on your laptop, go to the Cortana Notebook section first from the search bar of Windows 10. Use ‘Add a Service’ option once you are in there in the ‘Connected Services’ for adding Gmail.

That’s pretty much it. You will be then directed to log into your Gmail account, where you will have to provide Cortana the information of your Gmail account to access it. This functionality is not live in iOS and Android at the moment, but it will be available very soon though.
