The entry-level tablet aiming to target the children, Samsung Galaxy Tab A2 S has been officially released. The tab was unfortunately not introduced in the last Samsung event when two other devices were released, so it is expected that this tablet will make a quiet appearance in the markets.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A2 S is a totally budget-friendly slate, which will come in two basic variants, i.e. LTE and Wi-Fi only. Both of these variants will be running on Android 7.0 Nougat. However, it is not expected that they will get any sort of major OS updates in future.

When it comes to specs, Galaxy Tab A2 S will feature 8-inch display, 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. It will have 5,000mAh battery, 8MP main and 5MP front camera, and it will be available in gold and black colors. Its price will be €200 in Europe, but the LTE model will only cost €100.
